SHS Annual General Meeting

28th October 2017, 14:00 - 15:00

You are invited to the Surrey Hills Society’s Annual General Meeting to be held at the Stepping Stones School, Undershaw, Portsmouth Road, Hindhead, Surrey, GU26 6AQ – Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s former home.

The afternoon will begin with the formal business of the Annual General Meeting with updates on the Society’s progress followed by coffee and tea. This section of the afternoon will be followed by a separately booked event at the same location, where we have a fascinating talk about Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and a tour of the building to complete the afternoon.

You may wish to book your places for the AGM (free) and the Talk/Tour (chargeable) through our new online event booking system at the bottom of this page.  Alternatively, you may print and return the slip below. Please include your e-mail address or a stamped addressed envelope so you may be sent full details, directions and locations for the afternoon.

The Society uses members’ photographs on social media and on our website. If you are not happy to have your photo taken during this event, please notify us in writing prior to the event and make the event organiser aware on the day.
