Member’s Day and Annual General Meeting
You are invited to the Surrey Hills Society Members’ Day and Annual General Meeting to he held at the Parrot Inn, Forest Green, Surrey,RH5 5RZ on Saturday, 21 November 2016.
All AGM papers can be found on the website under News/AGMs.
The Morning will begin with the formal business of the Annual Meeting with updates on the Society’s progress followed by a lunch of local produce and a Surrey Hills quiz

| 12.45pm | Lunch of local produce: Home-made vegetable soup, followed by Ploughman’s platter,including Butchers Hall pork pie,Homw cured ham,Skewer of Etherley Farm chicken,Norbury Blue cheese,Home-made breads and chutneys with Salad,Coffee from Coffee Real in Capel |
Attendance at the AGM is, of course, without charge but it would be helpful to know numbers of those attending. Please let us know about your participation to the meeting and tea/coffee by emailing us at info@surreyhillssociety.org
Lunches must be pre-ordered; we regret it will not be possible to pay on the day. Therefore we would be grateful if you would please complete and return the attached booking form advising if you would like to join us for lunch.
