A Westborough Wander as part of Guildford’s Walkfest

Join Chris Howard, Surrey Hills Society President and Walkfest Chairman & Ken Bare, Walkfest Coordinator on this leisurely 2 mile walk.

Although mainly residential, Park Barn and Westborough have numerous open areas. Since wellbeing and “green spaces” are known to be closely linked, this leisurely walk sets out to discover locations such as Westborough Woods and the Trim Trail.

There are several slopes and one shallow flight of steps along the way – but no stiles!

The route is not suitable for those with mobility challenges, wheelchairs or buggies unless they are designed for off-road use.

Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.

We will be walking at a gentle pace. Good walking shoes are recommended.
