Puttenham Barn – A little Oasis of History

Puttenham Barn is opening its doors to those curious about this hidden 250 year old barn. Saved from crumbling away, it is now an eco-friendly bunkhouse with a beautiful wildflower garden – and all welcome for Heritage Open Day! View a typical Surrey barn with its weatherboarding, long steeply sloping tiled roofs known as catslides and waggon porch, described as “vernacular Eighteenth century” by Pevsner, and see how it complements its surroundings naturally.

Parking: On the main street only – there is no parking on-site. Find us by following our fingerpost marker opposite the church.
