Join the President of the Surrey Hills Society and our popular tree expert Pamela Holt on a gentle stroll around the pretty village of Shamley Green learning a little more about trees and how to identify them.

The event will start in the local Arts and Crafts Hall designed by Charles Harrison Townsend with refreshments on arrival.  Please note any dietary requirements in the comments box when booking your place.

This walk is classified as Easy.  We will enjoy a flat stroll around the village green for an informative talk on trees and the best ways to identify a species.

This event is suitable for those with mobility issues but we suggest you bring a small portable chair if you have trouble standing for any length of time while we discuss trees.

Dogs on leads are welcome.

Please wear suitable footwear and clothing for the weather.

Cost to Members: £ 8.00
Cost to Non-members: £10.00
This cost Includes the talk and refreshments and biscuits

There is then an optional lunch at The Bricklayers pub in Shamley Green. Please book your own table from 12.30pm.
