Annual General Meeting
Coffee at 10.30am – Meeting at 11.00am
This is our member’s opportunity to meet all our Trustees and hear about work of the Society during the past year.
The morning will begin at 10.30am with light refreshments of tea or coffee with the formal business of the Annual General Meeting starting at 11.00am. Details of the AGM can be found here.
Our Chairman, Gordon Jackson will give his Report for the period from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 and the Treasurer, Martin Cantor will present our Annual Accounts for the same period. At the AGM Neil Maltby will be retiring as President of the Society and the Trustees are proposing that Chris Howard be appointed in his place.
There will also be a talk by Wonersh Environment Group about their work related to increasing biodiversity in the village in partnership with the Parish Council and Plantlife, the wild plant conservation charity.
After the AGM there will be an optional buffet lunch with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available at the Memorial Hall and there will then be an opportunity for members to enjoy some of the afternoon exploring Wonersh on a short, guided walk.
Dogs on leads are welcome on the walk after lunch.

There are three booking options:
Option 1 – AGM, talk and coffee is free
Option 2 – AGM and member lunch £12
Option 3 – AGM and non-member lunch £17.50
