Built by the Canadians during WWII, Dunsfold played a vital role in the air war being raged over Britain. We will have a presentation by a local historian and a visit to their small onsite museum.
We will also get a tour around the ‘Top Gear’ track as well as hear about the plans for new housing on the site, which will respect the sites history as a famous WWII airfield.
Please dress according to the weather conditions and we suggest walking shoes are advisable for the walk around the track.
The event is suitable for those with mobility challenges but please note this in the comments box when you book your ticket.
