27th December 2019 - 27th December 2019 , 10:30 - 13:00
Join Discover Guildford and Surrey Hills Society Walks Leader, Pete Lambert for this very popular post-Christmas walk to stretch those legs and get some air in the lungs after the festive break.
This walk will take us around the Chantries and Pewley Down before heading back to The Keep in Castle Street where you can pop in for a much deserved mulled wine or maybe a glass of their famous gin. You may also like to stay for some lunch.
The walk starts at the March Hare next to Guildford Castle at 11 am prompt so please be there on time and dressed for the weather. Good walking shoes or boots are essential as it will probably be muddy.
The event is free and open to all reasonably fit walkers. The length of the walk is approximately 4.5 miles.
Dogs are welcome but will need to remain on the lead.
Booking is essential. If you wish to join us, please register for the walk at the bottom of this page so that we’ll know to expect you on the day.
For more information please contact Pete on 07940 101732 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
