Walk along North Downs Way from Farnham to Guildford as part of Guildford’s Walkfest

Meet at entrance to Guildford Railway Station – Free event 

Join Guy Singer, Walk Leader from Farnham Walkfest and Chris Howard, Chairman of Guildford Walkfest on this 11 mile all day long distance walk along the North Downs Way – Surrey’s National Long Distance Trail that runs from Farnham to Canterbury. We will take the train from Guildford to Farnham to start our walk and finish back at Guildford in the afternoon.

Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of water and money for train ticket to Farnham. Alternatively, meet us at Farnham Station at  10.15am.

The walk is open to fit, experienced walkers, as this is an all day walk with some hills to climb.

Stout foot wear is recommended and weather appropriate clothing and sunscreen lotion if required.

Well behaved dogs welcome on leads.

Length of Walk: 12 miles / 19.3 kms
